Our Click & Collect service allows you to order and pay for products for collection at any of our branches across Scotland.
If the product you need isn’t available at your local branch, one of our sister companies may be able to help:

Orders are picked upon your arrival, so please allow at least two hours after placing your order before coming to collect. You can check our branch opening times.

When will my order be ready for collection?
Your order will be picked when you arrive. Please allow at least two hours after placing your order before coming to collect. You can check our branch opening times.
During what times can I collect my order?
You can collect your order during branch opening hours. Find your local branch’s opening times here.
How long will you hold my order for?
We will hold your order for up to one week after the confirmed collection day. If your order isn’t collected within this time, we will contact you to confirm if you still intend to collect it.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (on your phone or printed) as proof of purchase.
Can I collect on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can collect on behalf of someone else. Simply enter the relevant collection name when placing your order. To ensure a smooth collection, please bring a copy of the order confirmation (on your phone or printed).
Can I place a collection and delivery in the same order?
Yes! As you add each product to your basket, you’ll have the option to choose between collection or delivery.
