Dark Red Meranti is a hardwood native to South-East Asia with a medium to coarse texture. Dark brown to deep red in colour with characteristic white resin streaks, Meranti is commonly used for furniture, windows, shopfitting and joinery. This hardwood is 100% clear grade, free of knots and imperfections, with little variation in overall colour, making Meranti an ideal timber option for projects where appearances count.
