To activate your account, you'll need your account's email address, account number (e.g. TESTJOINER03), and a one-time passcode (OTP) consisting of six digits. If you haven't received your OTP or don't have it, please check your email inbox for our activation correspondence. Alternatively, you can contact your local branch or email customer.service@rembrandtimber.co.uk to obtain it.
